Problem Statement

Users are finding it difficult to purchase the medications due to multiple reasons. They also tend to miss their medications a lot leading to treatment failure along side other health complications

Project Goal

I was given with a task to come up with a solution to make buying prescriptions and other health supplements easy for users to purchase with ease. This will give users easy and controlled access to their prescription, reduce purchase of off-the-counter drugs and prevent self medication. I came up with a user-friendly mobile app design to help them order their medications and also remind them when to use these drugs.

Skills - UX research, UI design

Role - Product Designer

Process

I started this project by conducting research and sending out surveys to gain full understanding of the problem I'm looking to solve. Reports and insights gained from my research can be read here

I utilized the insights and data gathered from reports to inform my design process. By iterating on various sketches and developing detailed wireframes, I was able to identify efficient solutions to address the problems at hand. To ensure a clean and well-detailed app, I carefully selected a style guide that aligns with the nature of the information I need to display. This comprehensive approach enabled me to create a visually appealing and user-friendly app while maintaining consistency and clarity in design.

Conclusion

During the process of using the app, several questions and issues were identified and addressed by implementing user feedback to improve the user experience. However, due to the app being in the conceptual stage, some design implementations are not yet feasible.

There are numerous additional features that could be added to the app, which would benefit both the company and the users if the project is brought to life. These features can enhance functionality, provide more value to users, and contribute to the overall success of the app. Exploring and incorporating these potential features can help create a robust and user-friendly app that meets the needs of both the company and its users.
