Goals

The goal of this app was to create a dynamic platform where users could engage with one another through various interactive features, such as viewing feeds, creating and sharing content, and participating in community discussions. The app is also implemented with a monetization system, enabling creators to earn revenue while actively engaging with the platform.

Research

Getting started with this app, I thoroughly analyzed similar apps in the web 3 and web3 space to fully understand the behaviors of users to how they used these apps. After breaking down my findings, I concluded I needed to design a flow pattern for this app, which will connect users to different features of the app to help them achieve their goal. After getting all my requirements and flows approved by the stakeholder, I went on to make sketches of different screens and structures of the app to ensure users are able to navigate the app faster and with ease

Design

To ensure users got the best experience on the app, I considered the nature of the contents, the age group of our targeted users and the information displayed on the app. I concluded on giving the clean and vibrant look as related with the brand guideline I was given. I used a white color background, neutral colors and a minimal use of the brand gradients on the app. For the typeface, I used a sans serif called SORA which is a legible and clean font which also conveys the modern and digital feel of the app to users. The design was made with a well planned layout which avoids overcrowding of information to the users and a minimalistic feel.

Outcome

The design of the app was widely accepted by the stakeholders after some little adjustments to the positioning of info for users. The app design was widely reviewed and handed off the developers for development for both on android and ios platforms. You can follow up on a the website - Jeriqo.app
